The Band

Brief History

Vocalist Robbie Vanderbilt, percussionist Eduardo Barilla and Dave Cechmanek met while attending the Missionary Training School for the ICC. Though they did not go on to become missionaries they did form a band devoted to creating an awesome Christian sound. Performing mostly for friends, family and regularly at church functions, they attribute the growth and development of their band to guitarist Barry Steller. “Barry brought us out of our home studio and encouraged us to start performing at more events. It was his initiative and energy that inspired all of us to think outside the box and it's helped to make our sound the best that it can be.” Robbie. Barry brought his childhood friend, bassist Joseph Guzman, shortly after he joined the band.
All the members of the band feel that their goal as a group is to entertain while promoting a life with god.
